How many limos does the wedding party need?
Traditionally, most wedding parties reserve three limos; one for the bride and bridesmaids, one for the groom and the groomsmen, and one for the parents. However, you might only want to reserve a wedding limo to take the bride and groom from the service to the reception and then on to their honeymoon destination.
Who rides in the wedding limo?
Here again, the number of people who ride in the wedding limo depends largely on the size of your wedding party and the size of the limousine that you choose for you wedding day. It is the honor of the bride and her parents to ride in the wedding limo to the ceremony. Some brides enjoy the company of their bridesmaids while some enjoy a moment of solitude before the big event.
Who is responsible for the wedding limo?
It usually falls upon the Best Man to make the arrangements for the wedding limo reservations. As the parents of the bride traditionally bear the burden of the wedding expenses, the groom’s parents will usually take responsibility for the wedding limo rental.
Is the Wedding Limo for the arrival at the wedding, the wedding party’s transportation to the reception,
or for the bride and groom at the end of the night?
Again, this is mostly a question of personal preference and budget limitations. A limo ride to the service allows for quiet reflection or the comfort of close family and friends prior to the big event. Depending on the distance to the reception hall, a limo ride gives the bride and groom a moment alone to savor the experience or to share the accomplishment with their parents and siblings. A wedding limo for after the reception provides the newlyweds a chance to unwind after a hectic day and frees them of the responsibility of driving. Just as no two couples are the same, the choice of when to have the limousine is a matter of personal choice.
